I tryed 2 make new animations 2 match up with beta 1.2 and I made all of them so now when I want 2 compile it it says :
"too many normals"
now I dont know what that means but when I delete that skeleton (esf skeleton)
and add just one joint and assign all 2 it then I can compile my mdl but without animations.

so please help me out here would ya

To reduce vertex count simply look which vertexes you can weld. You can use smoothing groups to work against the welding-smoothness appearing afterwards.

you do not need to do 280 anims. only the anims the model uses.

I know. I did. ok, it was 1.1 but the point is still the same.

it means you have too many verticies, but actually if your pc is good enough that makes a difference too...
