. Anything DragonBall Z
. Only MS Paint

not the most easyest program to use... and besides most of the time all ms paint pics arnt overly great

Yeah it's incredibly primitive, but everyone would have to use it.
Just make sure you don't post them as .bmps, that would clog the forum to high heavens.
