well heres a model i started yesterday none of its finished right now (needs more detail) but its getting there

polycount is around 1250, im aiming for around 2.5k with lots o detail

lookin good :D i gues you counted quads for the polycount.

nope i counted tris, heres an updated version with hands and half the heads done now but it needs tweaking

Nice start, though the hands look weird (a bit stubby, and too small)

Oo; Are you sure that's 1250 tri's?
I know the torso isn't that detailed yet, but the pants look like they're 800-900 alone . . .

nah they look like 600 tris legs and the body looks like 250 and the arms like 300 with head 50.....

shoulders are slightly too beefy, make em lower and a little smaller, atm his neck muscles are way too small/low to attach to his shoulders correctly

awesome work on the legs though =P also, it looks rather damn sexy ^_^

heres an update

up to 2100 polys now but i can easily lose 200 from the base mesh under the clothes. I'm not totally happy with the hair so expect some tweaked goodness :D

heres the near finished version, all thats left is to connect the models and make sure theres no holes.
