choosing install location

I downloaded some of it then i came to where u want to put ur download.
It says C:\Program Files\Half-Life\. Where am i supposed to put it.

Earth Special Forces v1.2.x will not work on the WON version of Half-Life which are you trying to do. Get steam, since that's what you need in order to get this to work. Thenread this thread for the complete "how to". Just remember, if you don't have a legal key of Half-Life / Counter-strike v1.6, then you are unable to play this modification.
