Checking/bank account info

Hey, i'm currently under 18, and i need a way to purchase things online, for a clan I plan on starting, My mom wont let me use her account for paypal, So I was wondering what it would take for me to get a bank account, Or any other ways to do this, play inform me.

tell your mom to make another credit card but put your money in it and use it but whats a 14 yr old know?O_O

actually this is what you do. Open a checking account and have your mom on the account as well. Ask them for an ATM card so then u can purchase stuff online with it. That's what I have done for the past 5 years.
