Well cut image gives u 3/10(buaaaa,I want to learn how to nice cut out images...),good texture(background) gives u 4/10(I can do like that,look at my sig-only thing on it what is wrong is-bad cut out Goku and bad quality picture of Goku!!!)
Some decorations gives u 2/10 but,urs low seeable name is nothing-9/10(man,I never gaved this big score for 1 sig...)-u maked perfect thingy-but,cruzharo-u said right about his name on it...

Now,its 9.99/10 .Why,coz urs name is the same at all urs sigs in last time-but,if u count mines sigs with always same fonts-its 10/10 -good work.
