Since earlier today I've been experiencing Graphical Tearing

CS: S Specifically atm as I haven't played anything else today

My GPU temp reaches 140+
Thermals were replaced approx 8months ago since my fan fell out

There's a fan on the side of my case, Fan still appears to be working on my Vid card (6600GT btw)

I need something cheap that doesn't require me plugging something into a power point

Well, I don't know what you consider cheap but
Radeon X1650 Pro - would give you the most bang for your buck ( around 50 euro )
but the cheapest by far is the
"Sweex GeForce FX5200 128 MB, AGP 8X" which is about 30 euro.

( if you go with the Radeon, you should reinstall your operating system, though it's not needed, because it might create driver conflicts. )

anyway, whatever you choose, make sure you pick chose an AGPx8 card and not PCI/PCI-E

Do what I did, and convinced Sub to do:

Get a floor fan, open your case and let the fan take care of the cooling.

I don't have any spare power points :p

Power board is full and I have other things that deserve a place

Also not enough room to squeeze one next to my pc

Get one of those hand-held fans that use batteries. They're small, affordable, and blow really, really hard.

I suppose with that description he could buy a prostitute to do the same job D: - sorry bad joke.

You could always get another circuit strip for more outlets then take Nix's advice and get a floor fan. It's possibly the best way to cool your PC, just be careful of dust.

And circuit strips are only like 7 or 8 dollars.

ever opened the cooler and cleaned it properly?
Once mine used to be so full of dust that it would't spin at all ... was quite scary
