Ok, here goes.

Holding down the turbo key when charging would bring up a "super turbo" bar.
So... uh, yeah. Pics kind of speak for themselves.

I love it. A perfect way to implement kaioken.
And... we can have other color special turbo auras for other characters

I do believe the 1.3 Outline has something really similar to your idea.

Charged Turbo. You charge your turbo to increase speed and PL past the normal turbo level.

Implanted with teh stamina part of the design docs you see that your stamina will also charge up during this time. When your stamina fills up you will enter fury mode something like Kaioken for Goku or Rage for Gohan. But all characters will have it.

Read the desogn docs and youll see. (its a sticky in esf-chat)
