character help

i just downloaded open beta yesterday, and everythings working fine except that I can only be Goku, Gohan, Trunks, Piccolo, 18, and Krillin. Why can't I play with the other characters?

Ahh I guess to be the evil characters I have to be on the evil side.(sorry for noobness and double-post)

The reason for this is that you have the 'Real good/evil teams' option checked. When you create a game, make sure that this option is not selected and you will be able to select every character regardless of your team.
