yhe but luckly its not ripped look,
it got to sharp lines and edges, i suggest redoing it, just to sharp lines no smoothness... it doesnt look like vegeta in my opinion, the arms are to long (well not to long but kinda) the only thing i like on it is the buffness.. he looks buffed lol

Yep, the features on the face are definitely to squished together.
Another problem is the shoulders, which look displaced by the straps for the vest, which in turn gives the impression that the arms are slightly too long.
Besides that it looks fine proportion wise, g/j

Now about the wires . . .

i actually like this model because of the imperfectices, it gives him a more unique look and its good for having the differences on it
if your skin can make the model look good with everything how it is i think itll be quite superb.
