You supposedly need an Ageia Physics Card to run the game, but you can get it to run without that (albeit laggy in some parts)
Right Click HIGH GRAPHICS shortcut on desktop. Go to PROPERTIES box, at the end put EnablePhysX=false, this is case sensitive, and you need to have a space before it.
