its the model that is making the skin look kinda wiered. its a form 2 cell model, and cell2 and perfect cell have different body compositions. try to find a perfect cell model and make a skin similiar to this one. then see how it looks.
for your first, not bad. but you should try adding some shading if you can, like to his neck and face area.
