Personally I don't see the point in hosting your own forum anyway. There's tons of sites where you can have a free forum, and I must say, with my experience, InvisionFree isn't that far from vBulletin. Why not save yourself the trouble? Just to have an adress that's easier to remember?

Well i kinda like teh new skin. As for avatars on the right side. Where is the problem in that?

Icons i didnt look at yet.

As for PHP sucking. Its still better than invision.
