Cant see lmy server

me and my friend want to play esf together and we cant!!
i create a server and he cant find me in the list even when i give him my ip and ps: I have a real hl with steam sv_lan is 0 and i have a windows firewall no router

plz help me!!!!

Then make shure that the windows firewall is not blocking half-life and esf.
Or you could have a firewall that your parents installed that you dont know about. Ask some questions.

my parents dont know to open the pc and how do i know that it is not blocking half-life or esf?

Look at your windows firewall, make shure exceptions are allowed. Then you go to the exceptions tab and make shure that there is check boxes beside "Half-Life Launcher". Make shure that all of them are clicked, one of them should be likend to half-life one of the others should be linked to ESF.
