Cant install!!! HELP MEH!

I cant Install the game! I have it downloaded and the shortcut to the installer is on my desktop. When I tried installing, I cant click the install button. I can agree to terms and server but I cant install. I specified the path to counterstrike and it STILL wont work! Help!

I have all the right requirements to play ESF, but the install button is greyed out!
You need to have run Half-Life at least once before you try to install ESF. To do this simply start a single player mission. You may exit the game once it has loaded up. After you have done this, you should install ESF.

The folder ESF needs to be installed into isn't created until running Half-Life once. It's stupid, but we didn't design Steam, so meh.
Look around at this sticky and others if you have any other problems first. Usually you'll find your answer there.
