If it's 1.2.3, you can't, if it's 1.3, it's possible. If it's EVM, I honestly don't care.

esfworld and hl2files may have the 1.3 Open Beta installer. However, you need to get help elsewhere with the patch as the forum forbid discussion of addons.

It is. 1.3 isnt finushed. Its only released for public betatesting.

Meaning its filled with bugs, incompleeta and all that.
