cant create server

hi, i wanna make a server so i can practice against bots but everytime i make one after the part when i pick my character the game quits
could some1 help plz

ontopic : well i thing the problem is your esfb123.exe kit i think the kit was damaged or not completet or look at advance when u create game and try to put an x or |/ on lan games and i think this suld be it
