you should go to advanced when creating a server then change game mode to ctdb

some maps doent support CTDB mod.
here is a list of maps you can play CTDB on:
esf_afm, esf_cell_day, esf_cell_night, esf_lavapit,
esf_mtside, esf_guru. try those maps out, and you can also try esf_namek_island but im not sure about that one.
