Can someone tell me the Post ?

Well i keep noticing my post thing changes (IE: ESF Junkie, dont know when it did that)

Could somebody gimme the link to where i can check how many posts u need for each thing to change?
And also where do i go to change it myself? like i wanna make it something like "Super Saiyan" or somtehing below my name...

Go to User CP, Edit Profile, scroll down til you see "custom user text" and type in whatever you want in there and voila! there ya go

what if i do change it to like "Superman", will it change everytime i reach a new amount? Like ESF junkie? And do you know where i can check to see how much i need for different title, cuz i wanna see whats after ESF junkie and stuff

No. Once you manualy change it to something else the original ones stop working. So now when ever you want to it to change you have to do it yourself.
