Can someone make me a sig?

I have an idea for a sig I want, but need someone to graciously make it for me

I want one that is blue themed with a bust/face shot of Gohan with the evil/sadistic facial expression and his clothes/hair color inverted so that his hair is white instead of black toward one side of the sig, and on the other side I want a far-away/small background shot of Gohan attempting to pull out the Z sword, and I want the words to say "Mystic 2 Gohan" or "Gohan Mystic 2" and some smaller words saying "Achieved by the Insanities of one Sadistic Saijin" or something like that
