Can anyone help me - PHPBB Forum set up?

I'm not new to HTLM or anything, but I'm trying to set up forums for my friend and I really dont remember how to set it up

Im using that... if anyone could maybe give me a short and sweat tut on how to get these at least basically working i could figure out the rest...

Okay.. keep in mind im using http://www.tripod.lycos.co.uk/ as a host
I'm trying to set up a forum for my site, http://www.phpbb.com that one to be exact. And to install it, i need to know

Database Server Hostname / DSN:
Your Database Name:
Database Username:
Database Password:
Prefix for tables in database:
--
If anyone could tell me what it is, or where I could find it, that would help.


It wont let me install without it.. and i cant find it anywhere on the host im using http://www.tripod.lycos.co.uk/
