Can anyone explain WTF is going on?

thats what I see every time I try to play the game now. It happens on every server. WTF is going on? I even uninstalled and reinstalled EVERYTHING (Half Life and ESF)

it's probably xp's fault , do u have multiple user accounts ? (that has been a prob 4 m b4 since i couldn't open hl thru my com's guest account) it mite be xp , if u haven't already just get sp1 and c if anything happens , if this does not solve your problem just reinstall xp , or if u did not burn xp just send the error report

he has the same problem i have but mine is steam and i only have taht problem in 1 server
