Cache Try_Alloc:195216 is greater then free hunk

I got a problem. My friend and I wanted to start a LAN game with ECX+BigPack, but then this message (topic title) showed up when he wants to connect.

Some additional informations.

-Friend: He has windows 7. But after he installed everything alot of folders are missing (myself got 21, and he only 11) such as cl_dlls and stuff. So i send him my folders.

-Myself: I got windows xp and have no problem at all oo"

Does anyone know where the problem is?

Do both of you have Steam and Half-Life (individually owned, not shared)?

Big Pack causes the problem. Uninstall it and leave only ECX.

And make sure your rendering is set to OpenGL.
