i was playing esf today (I was goku) and i was ssj. My pl was only at 4mil. Anyway, i went into turbo and shot a generic beam at cell and of course he blocked. The power kept building, and at the end, the explosion covered a quarter of the map! (esf_guru.bsp)

now thats about the equivalent of a final flash when vegeta is ssj.
isnt that a bit much for such a simple small beam??
