Powerlevels couldn't be measured without scouters after their power surpassed a certain level. Then they just sensed the PL, except for maybe Androids 16, 19 and 20, although they never mentioned PL in numbers. I think it's kinda stupid to use numbers anyway. I mean, what do those numbers represent anyway? What measure is that? Meters, kilograms, ampers, volts, what? Is there even a measure for powerlevel? Or is it some basic energy that doesn't need a measure? It's really stupid.

remeber that in the episode when Frieza fought Nail that Frieza state he was only use half power....so that makes sense.

and the million powerlevel you were state was a mistake, Frieza said his power was surpass million!! doesn't mean his powerlevel is at a million!

I don't know and I don't want to know about how wrong that translation in your version but you should watch the original version or Funimation dub version first before this conversation ever start.....

PS: otherwise I never mention that Frieza's 1st form could destroy a planet about 4 times size of Vinus...

Come on 100 ,200 milions that's way to much,Frieza form 2 had 1,000,000 right , think about it this way Frieza form 2 1,000,000 PL krillin was about 60,000 in the fight whit the Ginyu forces so at frieza he was about 100,000 200,000 PL , so frieza was like 5 times or 10 times more powerfull then Krillin that's way krillin did had no chanse, and Vegeta's PL was about 700,000 then after the fatal wood he was at about 1,700,000
Frieza ascended from 530,000 PL to 1,000,000 so I estimate an 500,000 per trans so form 3 he was 1,500,000 and form 4 he was 2,000,000
Vegeta was thing about it this way whit 1,700,000 PL he could take on Frieza final form whit the PL of 2,000,000 but that 300,000 of PL and Vegetas huge stamina drain cost him his life

And I still say Broly's PL wasent that good he was about 10,000,000

So, I would say you'd have to be a total fanatic to want to know something like this.

A buddy of mine wrote out those. He used "Toriyama's original powerlevels" and made his own estimations after the Namek saga. For the most part, his are fairly accurate.

those Estimation;s ar wrong verry wrong take Frieza for Exeplme he get's from 3 mil to 80 mil just geting his power level up to 50 % and Frieza form 2 never Power UP , think about it this way frieza at 80 mil agais Goku 3,500,000 mil , Frieza only one fit and killed Goku instantly even whit KAIOKEN 20 and you said 70 mil he will still be a 10 mil shot that 10 mil will not let Goku sand a chanse in helll to win
