ay man thats actually pretty good :) youve got the basics of a really good flow going, just try to add a few more cuts to make it less blocky, and your onto a winner. also, while you shouldnt worry about the count too much, no matter what engine its for; try for as low a count as possible. make every vertex count for something.

my crits wud be, his upper arms are slightly too long, and his forearms need to be bulked up a bit, he also needs more of an arse :x he doesnt really have one atm, and the red clothing needs to flare out more its too tight atm, and his trousers need the same treatment, because they look a bit small because i doubt brolly's boots (watever they are) are that big.

I must say it looks pretty impressive though,im impressed, if i was u, i'd try to smooth out the abs a little more, make em slightly deeper and more curved. I also disagree with the pectorials, the screen u used as a ref (just an image i recall looking similar) would be of brolly wen he's about to turn lssj or something and he has both arms out to the sides, well on that screen his shoulders have moved towards the camera and his spine is slightly leaning towards us too, it stretches the pecs to look like that, where as if he was drawn standing in your position his pecks wud be different, the bottom bit of it where it peaks downwards would be more to the side and rounder towards the armpit. also his neck is good but the shape of the muscles that come from the colar bone dont look right, they get bigger near the head and there is 2 attachments to the colar bone, but one is above the other.

I hope my comments help because it does look pretty good, the back, though lacking a little definition is nicely done, which is hard... because no1 remembers the back muscles very well >_>.

anyhows, good luck with the rest ^_^

you need to fix the smoothing groups on that ... (not very important .. but it buggs the hell outta me :))

I dunno if u just used the auto smooth tool or something, but you should just post flat shades untill you put nice smoothing groups on it,

EX : http://www.img-host.info/imgs/8674_good smoothin groups.jpeg

made this a while ago. It has pretty nice smoothing groups on it.

as for the model itself, Looks pretty good sofar, no critz that wernt already mentioned
