Question: How many layers did that take?

Anyways, it looks the beginning of an actual great sig. I already know what steps I would have took next, maybe taking a different brush and blending it in.

Actually all I used was like... Gradient and just added mini lines or however you use it. And neon glow. I think it's actually one layer.

You can see the edge of the picture used bad..colors don't match...bad font...needs border.

it's a GOOD one, atleast not that mutch filters and thows other ****.
you can work on the pic better, it's not cut properly.
