do you put the skeleton in your model beofre or after you make your model? =/

liek...do you make a skeleton first, then make a model, or do you make a model then add bones to it?

i just learned how to make a simple model, so i really dont know how to do much other than building models right now >.<

I suggest making the bones after the model is complete. But, mehh..
If you wanna build your model around your skeleton, then go ahead.
I think it makes more sence to make the skeleton after the model.
Because you might not know how the model is going to turn out all
of the time and you will proablly end up redoing your skeleton a few
times if you make it before hand. But in the end, its all up to you.

skeleton first >_> cos then the model will be scaled properly to the skeleton, and you can build the joints in the right places.

this is of course if your using a generic, humanoid skeleton... if your using a custom built skeleton, i would still say do the skeleton first, but build it to the models referance pictures. it helps you anticipate deformation if you can see the bones and how they will move.
