I'll start with the stuff i dont like, as there isn't much.
The brushing directly underneath the bike looks like you did it with the MSpaint airbrush which is a bummer, and the stuff directly to the right of that looks like it's a 3d model that's clipping through the floor

Everything else however, is awesome. A very cool idea and well executed too, i likes.

(Don't get the blink look thing though, am i missing something?)

It's fairly organized as far as blur methods go.

I just think the yellow effect would have looked better if it was white or the color of his clothes.
