big pack 8.4 wont work

i installed big pack and it says something about clouds and over the free hunk and something about gogeta

How much RAM do you have?

or close all other applications
messenger, web broswer, anything that would use ram
and when you play esf ... i mean ecx... you should have only ecx opened
