hello, for some reason, earlier this year when I saw the ESF 1.3 outline discussion it was different then the one on the first page, there was more info, you could click on the things and it goes more in-depth, was I dreaming or was it real, pls answer i'm confused...

Btw, ESF team you guys are the best, this mod has more downloads then some GAMES are nought, so you're the best! Keep up the good work and good luck.

I think it's stupid seeing people saying: "hmmm I'm tired of 1.2...I'll wait for 1.3 lol", or "1.2 is too hard >=(, it sucks". Attention spans these days...

I can understand why people would get bored of 1.2. I get bored of it too, but esf is like crack for me so I go back every so often.

It's not their attention span that pisses me off. It's them not using their head. What makes them think 1.3 will be any easier than 1.2? It's 1.3 it's going to have a better adv. melee system, making it harder, it's going to to revamp everything including beam jumping (which i hate[speed wise]) and basic melee I heard will be different. So..... 1.3 won't get any easier.

I know. I was talking about the noobs. If they think 1.2 will be hard. What makes them think 1.3 will be any easier? "1.2 is so hard!!!! i'm going to wait for 1.3 because 1.2 is too hard. But 1.3 will be easier because I don't know anything and don't use my head me me me me it's all about me!"

*sigh* it's sad. People just don't take the time to get good at the game. I admit if i sucked at this game i woldn't play. But hell i took the time. If people took the time, they'd like it and play it more. ESF would be very popular had it not been for the large learning curve. I like anything with a challenge so.... Make the learning curve larger please.

Many of the people who quit after 1.2 was released said they'd be back when 1.3 came around. A lot of them weren't noobs <_<. In fact, most people who quit and say they'll come back when 1.3 is released aren't noobs.

That seems a bit extreme. I'll change my opinion and udnerstand that is probably is possible to get bored of 1.2, but it is unnecessary to downright declare you are done with itand will wait for 1.3, then 1.3 will eventually get boring.

Even for the the people who were good at the game, I don't think it was necessary to deem 1.2 as so inferior to 1.1 that they would completly skip it and wait for 1.3.
