Best choice of chapstick?

I've been really getting these chappy lips lately due to that its very cold where I live. I was wondering what was the best choice of chapstick?

Cold doesn't chap your lips. It's dryness. Try vegetable oil. Or the oil on the crease between your nose and cheek... that's natural
