Try to put some light on hair texture...is too dark.

hm not sure if that's the angle or what I poste the kind of vegeta you were going for but the face looks a little slim, when I look at this pic here:

that of course only if you are going for that or a similar style.

you are using black and white to make them shades, which makes it dirty looking, use combination of more than those two colors

I think that pic is from a movie or something where they **** the faces up a bit...

I'm going more for this:

His eyes are also slimmer than in most of the models made for esf so far- I checked it out in heaps of refs and things and the eyes are pretty small compared to what you would think they are in 3d space. The face is still good though:
