All the game mechanics will be covered in the manual. Same as they are in 1.2.3

But the nature of this game means that the players invent a lot of moves themsevles, and that we can't predict to put in the manual.

On last video about Esf from anusbutter i saw he add bot's that did not move. Will that option be available after relase ? (some kind of command ~)

Customizable bots (such as making them immoble) were an option in previous versions, I don't see why that wouldn't be an option in the upcoming release.

its the same command as in 1.2.3

"mp_idlebots 1" or something along those lines i believe. There is actually a bot manual in your ESF/bots dir if i recall correctly.
