Well this should be added it would only be little but there should be a pl increasement when your charge reaches full mas like it did when both piccolo and goku were charging against raditz

Its the minimum and full charge of a beam.

Are you guys saying that when you charge a beam your pl will increase? Or are you talking about the charged turbo which is already in?

No they mean that attacks temporarily increase your PL.

So minimum charge would be your PL. than it grows till the beam is charged to its maximum and than going back down when the beam disapears.
Basicly like Raditzs scouter showed when he was Fighting Goku and Piccolo.

But thats already in. You just dont see your PL change ^^

no i mean when the beam is fully charged your pl should gain only a temp gain but still a gain

Its kinda useless. I mean that would make your PL go up and down a lot. Just imagine the confusion.

Beams have there own PL. Its determend by your PL and the amount the beam is charged.
