Do u know the scene when vegeta fought cell jr., he got angry and shot a finalflash at cell jr. and then cell jr. caught it in a bubble and kicked it back could u guys make that in esf 1.3?

You can already do that since 1.0 (duno about alpha since i didnt play it)

Just block the beam you will than send it to where you are aiming (if you win the struggle)

Nah you can't, you can't kick it behind you only redirect it forward again. Kind of a neat suggestion tho, first blocking it then using simpl melee to kick it somewhere (but it explodes after 3 secs if untouched)
