Hair is a bish, but i think it went out pretty nicely.
still needs some work and some parts added.

From what I remember of seeing pics of Bardock, shouldn't his torso be bigger? The picture may have been at a weird angle, but I'm still pretty sure his torso should be a bit bigger. Other then that it looks pretty nice.

Needs another row around his belly as DJ said, this will be necessary for articulating torso for animation. Also something doesnt seem right about the back of his calf and knees. Apart from these niggly bits its coming along quite nicely GJ ^_^

looks like his carfe muscle was carved but its a nice looking model; there

About the belly.. i made my ginyu armor just like that and it deformed good ;) but ok. i'll add a row on him :D

the town i hate
the knee area is allways thiner than the calf an thigh area,
anyway you should trie scaleing down a bit the calf and foot in the side view ;)

Really awesome texture so far man, keep it up. Just dont get too carried away and forget the hands =þ

Careful not to make the boots and guantlets too much like vegeta and not bardock. Dont forget the cross shaped scar on his face either.




Are you planning on a scouter or thought about the transformation state?

ie

Normal state: with scouter, and without bandana,


Ascended state: with or without scouter, and with blood soaked bandana


...or perhaps a bruised and beaten version?

Thanx, and do'nt worry, the hands are already there xD and the scar will be there too ;) i'm planning on a battle damaged version, but that depends on my free time..
anyway, gonna post some updates tommorow, so stay tuned ;)
p.s. i can't see the last 2 images.. only the tripod amblem

Well, why are you doing so low poly stuff? Try doing a high poly models sometimes. The shoe doesn't look right. Maybe some polys there.

dunno, i just like saving polies, it's like a challenge to me ^^ with this bardock i kinda got out of my regular bounds, because the model has 2010polies
it would'nt be a prob for me to make a higher poly mesh, but i see no point.. i'm modelling for hl atm.
