Bardock movie ending, space frieza ship map suggestion

Before Frieza killed all the sayians and there planet theres that scene in space with Friezas ship, I think its got awesome potential for a map.

I'm suggesting same concept of this map like when that map was Budukai Tenkaichi 3: Planet background, lots of deep space, Frieza's ship in the center, fly based map.

Except for the part where there are invisible walls. Here is how it would be fine:

- It had to be HUUUUGE, so we could really have the feeling of space "lots of space to go" and colide very few times with invisible walls.
- Very well defined stars background.
- The planet beeing a slow spining animation model.
- Frieza's ship would have to be a model so it wouldnt be allways at the same place. Just moving a bit so it is not a statue.

Problably only DJ Ready has the skills But the idea is great. I think maps are a good insentive in the variety of the game.

that map basicly means a wad, and a few models -_-, i have the frieza shid modeld allready but the map wold be way to simple, wana see how simple ?, im gona make that map right now so stand by..., but the map is just to simple, and its hard to distinguish players from the background sometimes, the onli positive thing is that u will have very low rspeeds, that means no ping at all

All you need is frizas ship modeled.

Mapp round it with null textures.

Get a space skybox.

And compile. And people wouldnt really play it to much.

Thats not the point. Its an empty map. You cant even tell where teh map ends and teh skybox begins. Noone would like such a map.

People would complain about it the same way tehy complained about the old ROSAT. Besides the fact that you would fall down in space and land on the floor of the map standing in space.

me and Dartooth had an idea for a space map a while ago. Its on the top of my map todo list ... and its definitely not empty and invisible walls won't be a problem.
Ain't going to tell more about it now ... I'll let you guys know about it when I actually started on the map.

Yellow is terrain
Blue is water
Red is the sky
Black is the ship
grey is the base

Make it like an inviseble paralelepid. and back ground would be like namek_test, with continous water and terrain but not reachable.

Maybe making it smaller and showing a clue of map ending.

Second idea is making sorta of A small Planet vegeta zone, and you can do something that sends you to that space.

I saw it happening in many maps like esf_lookout1.2

I think it would be fun.

Small planet vegeta and you can go to space (Flying teleport zone maybe)
