avitar and other thing

I cant get mine to work it says some stuff about crap its really annoyind please help

go to "user cp" click "edit avatar" and select the avatar you want to upload, or fill in the correct link.

when i tryed that it didnt work it says:

maybe that means that they dont allow uploading of avatars at the moment, can you get the file hosted somewhere else?
try the linking method instead of the uploading one
