I'm starting to get into CG 2D art, so I was wondering if any of you L337 Art peeps have any tips, hints or site with Photoshop tutorials I could use!

Umm you should check on the artwork forum for all the sites.
I can just offer u a little advice.

only advice i can give u is dobt rush while cging take your time and never underestimate the power of the smear tool
