Attacks, And a list of Attacks for Future Transformations... Please READ.

Ok, I created this topic in hopes of balancing out attacks and
the attacks for their next transformations.. For example

Cell having all the Attacks from first to last form, But thats just
an example. I know their probably planning to fix this.

Im only going to list the Characters that need their attacks
balanced out.... Here it goes:

Vegeta:

Normal: Gallit Gun & Rezoku
Super Saiya-Jin: Big Bang Attack & Rezoku
Super_Saiya-Jin2: Final Flash, Big Bang Attack & Rezoku

Cell:

Normal: Kamehameha & Solar Flare
Form 2: Gallit Gun & Solar Flare
Perfect: Kamehameha, Solar Flare, Destructo Disk, Special Beam Cannon

Frieza:

Normal: Eye Beams
Form 2: Kienzan & Eye Beams
Form 3: Lazer Fingers & TimeBomb (No Kienzan)
Form 4: Lazer Fingers, Death Ball & Kienzan

Gokou:

Normal: Kienzan & Kamehameha & Solar Flare
Super Saiya-Jin: Kamehameha & Rezoku
Super Saiya-Jin2: Chou Kamehameha
Super Saiya-Jin3: Chou Kamehameha & Ryu-Ken

Piccolo:

Normal: Special Beam Cannon
Power Up: Special Beam Cannon & Masenko
Power Up 2: Special Beam Cannon, Masenko, & Makosen

Krillin:

Normal: Kamehameha, Solar Flare, Scatter Beam & Destructo Disk
Normal2: Chou Kamehameha & Soukidan

Summary:

This is basically my Idea to the Characters who have almost no
chance of competing in the game, I wouldn't appreciate it if you
guys just came here saying "Newb you suck and cant play" But
this is just my suggestion. Notice how I had Cell do his attacks
in organized order just like in the series. Same with Piccolo.

And I had some Characters be releived of their old attacks as
they keep ascending. I gave Gokou Rezoku for his SSJ stage only
cause he did do it in the Cell Saga. He also did it before as SSJ3
but he has enough powerrful attacks. As For Frieza's Eyebeams
he does do it, not just piccolo. The TimeBomb, Is what I supposedly
call that attack he used to destroy namek, My idea for that is to
have him charge it up really fast. Like a Generic beam. But he
has to throw it in less than 10 seconds. The more you wait for the
timer to go down the more powerful. Just a suggestion. Couldn't
find any other way to have him use that attack.

I know ESF Devs said ONLY VEGETA will have Rezoku but
Gokou himself has anything to stand up against.

As for killin, I gave him Soukidan, Which is Yamcha's version
of a spirit bomb, but its not really a spirit bomb. I think Krillin did it
once but I dont remember. Anyway, The Soukidan is a really small
ball but packs a punch. Its thrown like a grenade and blows up on
impact.

I had to give characters disadvantages cause reviewing most of
peoples complaints in the forums the Disk will be whored so those
who do want to use it as krillin will have to descend, if thats possible
in the next version.

And this idea is aside what I just wrote but how about
giving everybody another Generic attack? I call it Generic Ball.
Its slightly stronger than a beam but its charged as fast as a
generic beam, And the Z Warriors seem to do it all the time as
well. Garlic Jr. Has done it to Krillin before. In the Saga. And you
can throw numerous of Generic Balls if they made it charge up a
bit faster than the Generic Beam. For those of you who dont know
what im talking about just think back at Movie 13 when Vegeta
charges this Generic Balls above his head and quickly throws it
down at hildergarn. Cause im no talking about Kiblast

Pretty good and straight down to the point.. although a bit dull with all the long words
also, the attack frieza has called time bomb is death ball, there the same, and his lasers, yes he does use them when goku is hiding in smoke and goku finds out he cannot sense energy. but mostly good

How could that attack be the same as Deathball?
When he threw it down into namek it was small right?
I remember it had electricity coming around it too. Theres
a big diffrence

EDIT: Harsens Topic never said anything about
NO ATTACKS from Movies or DBGT so dont ***** at me about
the Ryu-Ken.

Err never mensioned that cause I forgot his other attacks.
So lets have piccolo do this...

Piccolo:

Normal: Special Beam Cannon & Eye Lazer
Power Up: Special Beam Cannon, Scatter Shot, & Masenko
Power Up 2: Special Beam Cannon, Masenko & Makosen
