ATK explodes right after I shoot it

Hi all,
I really don't know if this is bug or not but here's what happens...
Example :
I am playing with Goku.
I choose to fire kamehameha wave, my KI is full, so I hold left mouse click, and wait until he(Goku) is ready to fire.
Then I release left mouse click and he fires the wave but instead of wave flying and hitting ground or my enemy, it blows in front of me, like 1cm from me.

Is this bug or is there something I don't know ?
