even though its not real cel-shading i like the skin the hair needs to be a little bit lighter so you can see the black outline. and try to put that white glarey stuff in his hair like this:

interpentated...I think you mean interpreted. Anyways, it looks good overall but what is the problem with the outline on the sides of the face under the ears?
another tip on cell-shading, try make most the details skinnned, like the mouth and and the eyebrows and stuff, it looks more cartoony if ya skin most the important parts, instead of mdling them
Okay, Super Vegetto, that is a very nice model of Vegeta right there, it looks so close to the Budokai 2 model. The only problem with it is his head, it looks a little diformed. :fight:
well the fake cell shading in ms3d is nothing more tahn putting outlines on a model
just duplicate the whole model use fat boy assign a black material and reverse the face order and that´s all
