check the things i've outlined in the following picy

the vein in the left corner is circled cuz u need to put the shadow in there, cuz tahts how far the eyebrows go, and the end of the eyebrows, the small end, need to be facing further down, he looks too happy on that, u need to make the eyebrows point downwards, but the mouth is perfect
*edit* OMG, normal vegeta has no mouth!
