Remember the old Super Mario Bros. comic shown in Nintendo Power? It was called Super Mario Adventures.

Well, I had found a site with all the scans of the comic from the first strip to the last one (where it was cancelled).

http://www.koopatorivm.com/comics/

If there was a Mario anime (then again, there is...a short one...) then it SHOULD have been crafted after this. I'd watch it.

And hell...peach is actually badass in this.

I'm trying to find the ones based on Zelda, Star Fox, Metroid, and Punch Out, but they're a little harder to find.

I have found the Zelda comics as well as a Zelda manga:

http://www.zeldalegends.net/index.php?n=manga

Additional info can be found here:

http://www.northcastle.co.uk/archive/books/books.html

These not only cover the comics that were in Nintendo Power, but also comics based on OoT and Majora's mask! There's also Manga-style stories based on many of the games, including 4 Swords.

Found the Metroid one. It's awfully short though...

Found the StarFox Comic!

I found a whole site full of downloads for Zelda comics, both Nintendo Power and manga. I edited my first post.

Edit - Found the Metroid One...though I forgot how incredibly short it was.

Edit 2 - Found StarFox

Logan, apparently I had the last copy of the comic, as mine goes even farther then the website had. Note, I only took a picture of the first two pages, the story doesn't end there.

And here is the Nintendo Power that I have that the comic can be found in:

I never thought I'd see the day where Luigi would be a cross dresser.

I read the Majora's mask comic.
I liked the back story of the mask.
Very nice find Logan.

Hell yes. Hey Pizzanos!

I actually have the Super Mario Bros. and Legend of Zelda comic books in paperback collections. I got them a long time ago looking around at strategy guides, and they were placed in a pile with them. Didn't know there were others, though!

I also remember an even older Super Mario Bros. comic collection I had. The book was hard cover and had the huge red fish that eats you (Big Bertha?) on it. It was based around SMB2/3, whereas this one is SMW. I'll see if I can find it.
