I'm big fan of electronic music especially this sub genre:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uplifting_trance

Few my fave artists:

Daniel Kandi - Denmark
Aly & Fila - Egypt
Andy Blueman - Slovenia - My Personal god
Ferry Tayle - France
Manuel Le Saux - France
Above & Beyond and particullary their side project called OceanLab - England
Armin Van Buuren (Best DJ in the world in 2007-2009 in Top 100 according to exclusive DJ Magazine) - Nietherlands
Andre Tannenberger aka ATB - Germany

Intentionally I left Armin & ATB at end of my list because, despite they are very popular in Europe I don't like them THAT much. You might assume that Trance is similar to Techno but Trance is much more melodic and chillout music than Techno. People sometimes mix it together, heck there is sub genre called Tech-Tranc which is exactly mix of those two.

I currently listen A State of Trance radio show weekly hosted by Armin Van Buuren which have millions of listeners around the world. Armin might not be great at producing music but he is great DJ and his mixes are wonderfull. I listened a bit Trance Around The World by Above & Beyond but I might prefer ASOT now,

If someone is fan like me please post.... You can freely talk about any genre of trance as long it's related to it.

The only sub-genre of trance that I like is Euphonic. Stuff like "As the rush comes" (Motorcycle), "Frozen" (Dogzilla), and some songs by Kyau & Albert. Do you know any other bands which make songs like the ones I just mentioned? I tried using Pandora, but the stuff it came up with wasn't as appealing.

As for Electronica: I like Pendulum, Moby and Prodigy - two of these are border-lining drum & bass, but close enough.

Kyau & Albert ? I have one album by them which is compilation of their best work. I think maybe you will find latest album of Cosmic Gate called "Sign of Times) similar. Also try Gabriel & Dresden (in fact they were Motorcycle, it just their side project). Filo & Peri are also great. They recently released their debiut album called "Nightplay". Check out their most famous song Anthem with their made together with Eric Lumiere. Paul Van Dyk is also well known. Try his recently released "Best of" album.

Well i listen to Happy Hardcore(a.k.a. UK Hardcore/Aussie Hardcore) to which Trance is (according to Wikipedia) one of it's stylistic origins.
Sounds like this:

The only Electronica I can stand for more than 20 minutes anymore is Jungle/Drum 'n' Bass.

LTJ Bukem, Seba & Lotek, Roni Size, J Majik, and obviously Goldie. :D

I don't listen to trance all that often, but I do listen to ASOT at times. I'd have to say my favorite ASOT is 350, though I have yet to listen to 439 and 440. :p

One of my favorite uplifting trance tracks:

Definitely DJ Shah (he use his real name now which is Roger Shah) is very talented guy although I prefer only his Songbook album over the rest his productions. You should check, you may find nice songs there. You can check Sunlounger albums which is his side project. I don't know how he manage to released 2-3 albums in 2008 and all of them are decent (according many listeners). In 2010 he also have plans to releasing another 3 albums under both Roger Shah and Sunlounger names.

Also check this track (Sunlounger Feat. Zara - Lost (Aly & Fila Remix):

It was voted as best track of 2008. You may want check out orginal/club mix too.

BTW Andy Blueman Remix of Nery - Redrawn was voted as Future Favourite in ASOT 441 :p Go Andy Go !!! Another piece of art. Can't wait for next sngle of him.
