Well, let's see.. The only ones you heard make any noise were the twins, those specific 'motions' you had to make with the controller.. and they were the only ones without clothing. =P

Some may consider them to get some parent education . This is just the same thing as adults purchasing tobacco products or drinks for underaged persons.

Yes, they're exactly the same thing. Except for the fact that buying alcohol for underage kids is illegal and can cause you major fines of up to $200,000 and 1 year in jail. (In Ontario, this isn't a generalization.)

But anyway, can't ignore the fact that is was purposely made and hiddened, so it was an easter egg that went too far.

But I think having to recall the shelves, create lawsuits, and even Action Replay delete the code list on their site was an overecation. Go to google, type in "boobs" and little jonny has been defiled. Turn on HBO late at night, Tim is now corrupt. And Newgrounds.com has free adult games that kids under the age of 18 can easily see, that go beyond that of San Andreas.

Yeah, people can sue anyone and sometimes people win for bs reasons. However, the American justice system has also done some fantastic things to help the general public.

Everyone knows shes just after money, much like all of the other parents. How does money help to right the wrong in their child's life? Buy them video games so they can get their mind off of what they voluntarily saw? Oh wait, thats how this started in the first place.

Complimenting a woman wont get you sued. Getting really close and rubbing up on her or pinching her ass will, and you'll get a black eye to boot. A lot of the Europeans I know are very.....friendly. American women dont like to be disrespected by total strangers. And complimenting someone you never met would leave the person feeling awkward.

This post reminds me a bit like the other post where the dude kept bashing black guys, then said he had some black friends as if that nullified all the negative things he said. You're making generalisations of America that aren't necessarily true. Frivolous crap like this isn't only American, like A hospital where they banned "cooing" at babies because they are "little people with the same rights as me or you." So seriously, cut the "only in America" crap, everyone.

Sweet! I'm gonna go sue for a bunch of money regaurdless of the information that I knew what the game was rated and that it says on the box why it is rated M. M standing for mature as in 17+ yet I bought it for my wittle baby waby. YAY! $75,000. You would think that the guy holding a gun on the front case woulda been a clue yet I'm just so arrogant that I didnt notice.. Oh well. SUE!!!!!!
And I dont even like those games. But its like saying. "I bought a porno for my kid and I'm sueing because it has sexual content in it."

obviously she KNEW that it had "sexualy explict content" and would be able to sue Rockstar. besides, given the chance wouldnt you want a extra 75K?
