another problem

hi all! maybe this is a noob problem but I download a couple of sprites and put them in the sprite folder but.. if i go play with one of the karacters with the new sprites the have only the old one and no new sprites. What do i wrong? must i place the stuff in a other folder?

All the sprites should go in "half-life\esf\sprites" as you already said yourself above. It should "overwrite" the old ones. I think you put your own custom sprites in the sprites folder WITH a folder. For example:

half-life\esf\sprites\Gokuskamehamehasprite\kamehamehaa.spr

Put the kamehamehaa.spr in half-life\esf\sprites\ then.
