Ermm, the "light" isn't coming from the same direction on all the letters. It's coming from the top left on the logo, from the top on Nupo and from the right on .org. Looks kinda weird to me, If I were you, I would just make a "glass" effect on the letters.

Just make a half circle with the Elliptical Marquee tool and than add white (#FFFFFF if I am right) and set the opacity to 40%, should look good. And if it doesn't...well you can always delete it again =P

Sicron is right about the lights, two light sources make this look awkward.

It's a good color scheme, so need to change any of that.
