Okay, I have just installed Half-Life and downloaded the latest ESF Open Beta full. So I was wondering how I go about installing it now?

Make sure you also have Steam.

To install ESF Open Beta 1.3, just extract the contents of the .rar file into your Half-Life folder in a new folder.

Open up Steam and it should be listed as "Earth's Special Forces Open Beta" or something similar to that.

The open beta is just a public testing version, not really great for playing.
Maybe you should get ESF 1.2.3 instead. More people will be playing it.
